Fastlane AI

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 3, 2026

Fastlane AI, LLC (“Fastlane AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and AI discovery interview, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting information through our discovery interview, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you start an AI discovery interview, we collect the details you enter on the intake form — your first and last name, work email address, company name, industry, role, and company size — along with your responses during the interview (your conversation transcript). If you choose to schedule a call with us, we collect the scheduling details you provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how our site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health, or financial account information), and we ask that you not include it in your interview responses.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the AI discovery interview and generate your personalized report (“starting map”);
  • Email you a copy of your report, if you asked us to;
  • Respond to you, follow up about your interest in our services, and communicate with you;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services, including preventing fraud, spam, and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we use AI to generate your report

We use a third-party artificial-intelligence provider to process your interview responses and generate your report. Your responses are sent to that provider solely to produce your report and provide the service. Under our agreement, the provider does not use your information to train its AI models. The report we generate is an automated assessment intended as general guidance, not professional advice.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate our website and services, including providers of website hosting and analytics, database hosting, email delivery, AI processing, meeting scheduling, and internal team collaboration. These providers may process your information only on our behalf and for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for our site to function and to measure aggregate site usage through privacy-focused analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit, including your interview responses and report, for as long as it remains relevant to our relationship with you and for legitimate business and legal purposes. We do not delete this information on a fixed schedule. We will delete or de-identify your information upon a valid request, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Report-copy email. When you start an interview, you can choose whether we email you a copy of your report by checking or unchecking “Email me a copy of my report.” If you would prefer not to receive it, simply uncheck that box before you begin.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at privacy@fastlaneai.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
  • No marketing lists. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list. We use your email address only to send you the report you requested and to follow up directly about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing privacy@fastlaneai.com.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.

Categories we collect. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name and email address); professional or employment-related information (such as company, role, industry, and company size); commercial information and inferences drawn from your interview responses; and internet or other electronic network activity information (such as usage and device data).

How we use and disclose it. We use and disclose these categories for the business purposes described above in this Privacy Policy. We disclose identifiers, professional information, commercial information, and internet activity information to the service providers described above.

No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to and a copy of that information; to request correction or deletion; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit.

How to exercise your rights. Email us at privacy@fastlaneai.com with your request. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
